I feel bad writing this as I came to understand she had only been working there a week. But I was really looking forward to a blow dry and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I got soaked at the sink my whole dress. The wash was awful she only washed top of my head but it still didn’t feel washed. My blow dry was awful, she scratched my face and my hair was so frizzy after. I had to ask her to straighten it. Was very unhappy I had to pay full price when she clearly isnt qualified enough!
