The shop itself is not that appealing, they could probably keep a bit cleaner but the waxing is really good. The beautician was quick, really experienced and I had almost no pain! Will come back for waxing for sure

Overall, the experience was okay. The quality of the gel could be better, as mine started to break after only a week. Also, the range of gels in terms of colours could be wider, as I found it difficult to find a gel colour more appropriate for business meetings.

The waxer was very nice and talked to me to ensure that I felt comfortable during the treatment. I am quite sensitive to hot wax as well and she was careful to let it cool down a bit before proceeding with the treatment.
