Color wasn’t washed out properly, hence had to wash it at home as left stains on my hands and clothes; otherwise great cut and blowdry. Coming back for cut

I arrived to the venue to discover that the apointment had been canceled due to illness of the therapist. The employee tha was there said that she tryied to call me. Result: I lost 30min if my lunch break for nothing.
