Having just moved to London I am always nervous about new hairdressers and finding a good one who will listen to what I want. This was a really good experience the hairdresser was polite and courteous as well as helpful and informative. The attention I received was first class and the hair cut was excellent. As I don't normally carry cash around with me I felt a little bad at not leaving a tip - next time I will be more prepared! And I will certainly visit again.

I'm normally nervous when you go to a new place for eyebrow threading because its so visible if it isnt what you want. But this salon was great at doing exactly what i needed.

One of the best waxs I have had in ages. They use both strip and hot wax which is great for me.

Eyelash tint and eyebrow shape were good, although she used hot wax for the eyebrows which damaged the skin and it is still red a day later. Also wanted a print out of the Treatwell voucher which I was told by Treatwell not to bring, so that was a niggle.
