Unfortunetely, I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. I booked an express manicure which felt rushed, my nails were not treated with care and as a result 2 of my fingers' cuticles were irritated and there was even blood! The actual nail polishing felt quite unprofessional with the need of me than going home and fixing it. Wouldn't go again.

Loved this place! Hairdresser was very attentive and I was fully satisfied with the result. My hair colour looked natural and blow dry was an extra bonus.

Nice and relaxing - small room. Bit hard to get to - had to take a bus from London Bridge. Massage was excellent though and left feeling very refreshed.
