The deep tissue massage was a very relaxing experience and the atmosphere of the treatment room was very calming, clean and welcoming. I would certainly go back and request Micha again.

We had a lovely afternoon at the spa and myself and my mum both had express facials. The only criticism I have is around the temperatures. The pool was quite cool and it would have been nice to have a hot Jacuzzi to relax in. Also the relaxation room was quite cool, especially when you are in a wet swimming costume and dressing gown. Other than that, it was a really relaxing afternoon.

I was a few minutes late but was greeted with a friendly welcome.
I had booked a luxury pedicure (55 mins) but the session was finished in 30 mins - needless to say, it felt very rushed.
Worse still the polish used was too thick and I will be repainting myself. It doesn't actually look as if I've had a pedicure at all, so was very poor value for money even at the reduced price.
To add insult to injury, I wasn't offered any refreshments, and when I asked for a cup of tea had to pay £1.90 for it!

Lovely experience! Loved the relaxation room facility after. It feels very luxurious. Manicure polish wasn’t the freshest pot so the finish isn’t 100% perfect but it’s 90%, and the mani was thorough and relaxing even though it was only ‘express’. Luxury pedi was a fab experience. Thanks :)
