Appointment was delayed by 15mins, the massage wasn’t great - therapist seemed inexperienced. They left their rings on, didn’t ask about pressure preferences, didn’t sanitise feet, and they used too much oil so it felt like someone just wiping oil over me rather than massaging or focusing on tension points. They also didn’t missed off any head or temple massage at the end. The receptionists also didn’t seem to know how to find bookings or check me in etc. wouldn’t pay full price for this.
