Didn’t have staff to do massage - which I had paid for. 2 weeks later still waiting for a response from venue and / or Treatwell regarding next steps.

Turned up at the venue only to find that the massage therapist was off sick and no replacement was available. No one called to let me know in advance, so it was a wasted trip. They refused to issue a refund, saying it has to go through Treatwell - but it’s impossible to reach an actual person there. Now I’m being asked to review a service I didn’t even receive and am still out of pocket for.
