Didn't have a clue what i wanted when i went in, i got fab treatment, good advice and my hair was cut and looks amazing. Unfortunately TREATWELL hadn't informed the salon that i had paid online - not the salon's fault at all. Definitely will be going back.

Booked in for a blow dry for 9am (was going to hen do). Arrived at the venue and nobody was there, phoned several times and left a voicemail nobody returned my call. Waited 25 minutes outside still no reply. Went to another hairdressers who managed to save the day. Will not be going back.

I turned up on time, was asked to sit down and then promptly forgotten about while the only member of staff in the place finished doing a lady's nails. I left after 25 mins of waiting.
