Treatwell continued to take bookings even though the salon had informed them their stylists were all on holiday. I felt so sorry for the poor guy on the desk - he'd had to explain to 3 different customers! Trying to get a refund now. I've had to book with another salon which is further away and £10 more. This is not a good first experience of Treatwell!!!
