I'm really happy with my holiday lashes. Three service was efficient, clean and personalised. I didn't want lots of lashes putting on and I felt very listened to. There was slight confusion over needing the patch test 24hrs before as I was a first time customer. It's a good idea to check ahead to see if you have to go in beforehand as it wasn't made clear to me to do this.

Was looking forward in trying this salon however I was made to feel really uncomfortable as soon as walked in with repeat question if I had paid and to show proof that I paid ( which I did online through this app) I didn’t find the therapist very friendly and quite abrupt rude the treatment room was basic mirror was dirty the fan that she switched on was full of dust - wasn’t the relaxing treatment I was expecting the only pls was that my treatment took 30mins and not the 1hour and half I had been expecting just hope this was a rush job and the eyelashes fill out before the 10days/Two weeks I was told
