The massage itself was OK, but the room is too small for treatments, the overall level of cleanliness is quite poor and there is no ambience. Unfortunately, there was a loud ticking clock in the room, there is no sound system in the room so the door is left open to reception to allow the music to drift in - along with the telephone and conversations in the main space. I wouldn't go again, nor recommend it.

Really nice place and very kind staff. The service was quick and the wax was purple (love purple!). They also managed to squeeze in eyebrow threading :)
