I was very skeptical whether this would even more a dent. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results! After 5 treatments, I’ve lost 4 inches, my clothing fits much better and I can finally see my waistline. Each treatment takes about 45 minutes n you can only do one area per visit. It doesn’t hurt and there is NO downtime. You are advised to drink plenty of water afterwards to flush out the fat cells.

I wanted to get these procedures done in conjunction so that I could have a firmer abdomen with less loose skin. When I lay on my side or do a plank I can tell it has really tightened up much more than before. I plan to continue the tightening and maybe tryout emsculpt. Personally I am very happy with the results. Is not surgery results but that's what I'm trying to avoid.

Overall It's a very effective procedure with no down-time. I'm choosing a non-surgical slimming method so there is no scarring. This is certainly not for overly obese people but it's effective for regular people with fat deposits. My problem area is always my mid-section.
After my first treatment, I signed up for 10 sessions. So far I have 3 of them done. Pretty happy with it. Looking forward for the end results.
