Ambience was very relaxing - a nice oasis in the middle of South Ken. Good selection of polish colours. Nice music. Was offered a drink which I appreciated. My issue was with the treatment - £68 for a mani/pedi is not cheap, and I did not feel the service was worth the money for two reasons. 1) pedicure exfoliation/scrub was brief and not really effective, I left with loads of blisters and callouses still on my feet; 2) glossy top coat (eg Seche Vite) was not applied, such that my nails were showing small nicks and scratches the next day. (I applied Seche Vite at home to address this.) In all it was a relaxing mani/pedi but not worth £68. After leaving the above review the owner of the salon reached out to me personally after reading my feedback. I was very impressed by the high level of customer service and really appreciated her concern. I do not hesitate to recommend the salon after speaking with her
