The spa is immaculate. Reception and my facialist Lisa were all business, not warm and fuzzy but that was fine. Facial is great for the price--exactly what you need for a quick skin reset. The massage was absolute HEAVEN! They should have an option for you to pay extra for more massage because it lasts about 5 min, and then the facialist leaves the room for 20 min while your mask dries. A missed opportunity! Otherwise, a great treatment.

I had a Hollywood wax done by Karolina - it was painful (obviously!) but she made it as comfortable as could be and was lovely to chat to. The salon is very clean and stylish. Booking was SUPER easy - simply booked my slot and paid, and within a few hours was being waxed. Will definitely be back for my next treatment!
