I was given the treatment by the receptionist who might as well be a trained beautician, however my eyebrow was done terribly, she did not finish it properly with tweezers and made a vertical hole on one of my eyebrow, probably because a drop of wax took the hair off or because she rubbed my eyelid incorrectly when cleaning the wax. Or maybe when she tried to do a bit of tweezers at the end because I asked her to get rid of the hair that was clearly still all over my eyebrows and eye lid. Extremely disappointed specially with their posh location and facilities. There was no option for not giving stars, that’s why I had to give 1. Thanks
