Overall I’m really disappointed. I have visited Verity Smith for this exact treatment before and was extremely happy with the service. However this appointment was awful, Ive been tinting my eyelashes for years and that was the worst appointment Ive ever experienced. First of all the beautician was rude. My appointment was at 6:40pm, almost the end of the working day and I could tell she just wanted me out of the salon as soon as possible. She left the treatment on for around 3 minutes, which seemed incredibly short. Expecting a relaxing atmosphere, the beautician didn’t even close the door meaning I could hear other staff in the next room, demonstrating a waxing treatment. She then took the tint off and was horrendously rough, I even asked the beautician if I could take the the tint off myself to stop her and so I did. The stinging is always expected, but the awful rough removal was unbelievable. I was in and out so quick, I couldn’t quite believe it. I’m really disappointed, the beautician just didn’t care.
