I really liked the salon ambience and was a lot more ‘chic’ And clean and tidy than others I have been to. My nails look great and were very well done and the staff were friendly yet professional.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and the staff were friendly. However the staff were drinking champagne in front of me and I was not offered any, just coffee/tea or water which I found rather odd in front a customer. I also had both of my appointments moved back by a significant amount of time, and then the staff forgot this when I came in. This is not an issue but I did not feel a priority. The salon is lovely however when I go to have treatments like this it should feel 'special' you should feel cared for by the staff. As friendly as they were I did not go away feeling pampered or cared for.
