The venue looks just as nice as it does in the photos, however was disappointed once I’d set one foot inside.
We were greeted rather coldly, and the staff did not warm up during our treatment (we both had a signature manicure booked). It was clear we were together, but no effort was made to sit us together and was told to move when I tried. My manicurist was very blunt and not friendly however had no problem speaking to the client next to me. There was meant to be a treatment with mitts as part of the signature manicure, however this was just a warm towel with a clay mask for a couple of minutes.
My manicurist also disappeared while my nails were drying and her colleague had to finish by applying the oil.
I would not be rushing to go back.

Style over substance!
Had the signature manicure - the add ons consisted of a very quick massage perhaps two minutes, and clay mask on hands and hot towels... this deffo wasn’t the luxury I was expecting.
Staff are curt and not as polite as one would expect for paying this price.
My technican asked if I was happy with the colour, which I wasn’t and asked for a change. She did this but begrudgingly! She also went really hard on my cuticles which are still sore two days later.
Will not be back.
