The lady was seemed knowledgeable and was friendly (apart from announcing to the shop I had an ‘acne problem’ which was a bit embarrassing, but don’t think she meant any harm by it) however the atmosphere wasn’t very relaxing. The alarm kept going off or getting loud calls, it was very bright in there. Good for the price but if you’re looking to relax as well as a good facial, this may not be for you!
