I came to Vera for some nail art before my friend's hen party, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Three of my friends came with me, even though I was the only one having my nails done. To help us celebrate, the team surprised us by opening a bottle of Prosecco for all of us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. I'm so happy with my nails! I've been getting BIAB nails for a long time, but at many salons I've visited before, I always had the feeling they weren't using genuine products. I came here for a pedicure, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. It was such a hot day, and they kindly offered me a complimentary Coke and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also served cold strawberries, and they were absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional, and everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. It's clear they go above and beyond for their customers. They've truly taken customer service to the next level.
