I spontaneously booked a hair appointment for that evening and had a lovely experience with Shannen. She was warm, welcoming and attentive. After a long day at work, I left the salon feeling so relaxed and happy with my haircut - would definitely recommend and thank you to Shannen for being so lovely!

First appointment with Shannen, who listened well to what I was hoping for and worked with a photo of my previous hair style. She was very attentive to details and kept 'tweaking' the cut until she was happy. I was very pleased with the results
