Shannon was exceptional, she listened carefully and far exceeded the reference photo that I brought with me. Given that I had asked for a significant amount of length to be cut, Shannon kindly made sure to double check before cutting and was more than happy to start off with cutting less and assess afterwards. I am very pleased to have found my new new stylist now that I have moved to London, and I look forward to seeing Shannon in the future.
