The only hair place I go to in Richmond - I only have amazing experiences at Venwood. Shannen is so welcoming, friendly, kind and thorough. She really takes the time to understand what you're after, offers loads of advice, and does a really thorough, beautiful job. They really understand curly hair too, which I find is not always the case in other salons.
