Really friendly and great at recommending colours. Perfect shaped nails too. Started coming here a few months ago and nails have been perfect from the start.

It was all a bit chaotic - I had to wait over half an hour after my appt to be seen as the team were one staff member down. Because of this it wasn’t a particularly relaxing experience, but I’m happy with the mani/pedi they gave me in the end

Upon arrival I wasn’t greeted and had to ask around about my appointment. Then I had to wait for 10 mins until I spotted a freed up technician and reminded them of my appointment - otherwise it looked like no one cared. The gel removal was rushed, the technician had to stop 3 times: to answer the phone & manage the booking requests & to process refund to a lady next to me who couldn’t wait for her pedicure appt any longer. They peeled off too much of my nail along with gel and as a result broke

Mixed experience. Walk-ins accepted when already busy. Appt delayed. Lady I had for most of my treatments was good! ...but technicians swap around. End of Pedi was done out of pedicure chair & toes were painted with my feet under mani station.
