Atmosphere was very quiet. Perhaps some music to lighten the mood. My cuticles were not very well looked after. It looks like my nails are grown and the gel extensions don’t look fresh even though I did it 2 days ago.

I booked this appointment because I had a really good experience a couple of weeks ago, however this one was different. I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment to start - as they overbooked. My nails were also rushed and the lady caught my cuticles a couple of times (really hurt). Such a shame because great place, but didn’t look after me this time.
