Given 5 stars all round as this was a positive experience. Polly was great! She listened to me and cut my hair exactly how I like it. Doesn't always happen first time round. Very happy.

Awful experience here. Polly is extremely rude. My neck was also cut by her using an electronic razor, which was totally unnecessary.
