This is my fourth or fifth haircut with Polly and I am always super happy with the result. Polly listens and gives good advice on the haircut. I will keep coming back for sure.

Given 5 stars all round as this was a positive experience. Polly was great! She listened to me and cut my hair exactly how I like it. Doesn't always happen first time round. Very happy.

Awful experience here. Polly is extremely rude. My neck was also cut by her using an electronic razor, which was totally unnecessary.
