Paid in advance for highlights and a cut and blow dry - ended up having to pay extra at the end because the stylist wasn’t happy with the colour and wanted to use a toner. I wasn’t made aware I had to pay extra until the end and did not come prepared for this. Asked for highlights and came out with darker hair that I went in for, when I tried to raise this with the stylist I was told I had got what I’d asked for even though I wanted highlights and my hair is now much darker and all one colour.

I came over to London for a wedding and had pre-booked my appointment. I was delighted with the result of my wash and blow dry - the stylist was creative and decided to give volume to my hair. The result was very satisfactory and I hope to have the style repeated. I was complimented by many people at the wedding and I felt relaxed and confident. Price was just right and fitted my budget. The salon was bright and cheerful and I would definitely return there if around Oxford Street again.

Stylist was good and pleasant, owner, however has an aggressive manner and will respond so if she doesn’t get a perfect review.

I love this salon, all the staff are friendly, and my cut and colour by Ellie is always exactly what I need. I get so many compliments on my hair since going to Ellie, she's got a client for the longhaul with me, and my housemate even goes to her now too!
