Booked using a voucher which I sent when booking. Had no reply from the salon. Chased several times over weeks and finally got an appt. When I came to pay, I was told my voucher expired two weeks before. I paid £59 for the voucher. I was told my treatment would be £69 plus £20 for long hair, even though the original price paid was £59 and it clearly said £10 for long hair (to bra length, which mine is). Groupon refused my refund so £150 for this! Little product used. Poor all round
