I booked a conditioning treatment, cut & blowdry. No C/Treatment was given and the cut was lopsided. I mentioned the different length and was told it was because of my parting! She got her scissors and I expected she would fix but all she did was thin my hair instead of cutting it even. I already have really fine hair. I’ve had to go elsewhere & get it cut properly. Very disappointed. It was a one hr appointment & I was out in 40mins so I didn’t feel valued at all. Just my experience

Wasn't sure whether this deal was going to be good or not. However, it was absolutely excellent! Esmeralda was brilliant, very skilled and did my hair extremely well in a relatively fast time. I usually go to a well known brand of hairdresser, pay over £240 for the top stylist but Esmeralda was just as good. Very friendly place. I will be going back!
