i liked the haircut when i left the salon because it was styled and therefore couldn't see how much had been cut off but when i saw my hair unstyled i was shocked to see that a lot of my hair was cut off, surely more than 1 and a half ( which i asked for), which ofc made me upset

I am a regular of this salon and I am very satisfied with the nano intense keratin treatment I had with Esmeralda.
Esmeralda is experienced, reassuring and cuts my hair very well as well, I normally go for trims and she does it very well without cutting too much.
Very good treatment and will come back in few months time.
The owner of the salon is very lovely.
I keep recommending this salon as they do give good service and their prices are excellent.
