Was really looking forward to a nice manicure but was disappointed. Firstly despite booking an appointment, was made to wait for what felt like ages. When the manicure started it felt very rushed and was made to bleed when my cuticles were cut. Was barely offered an apology. My manicurist then checked that I had paid online and left me in the corner of the salon indefinitely. After it became clear that she was not returning I awkwardly picked up my things and left. Will not be coming back.

I once waited an hour after my appointment before being seen to & made no complaints. My most recent app I was advised lash lady had gone to get her own lashes done elsewhere (during my appointment) & “to come back”. As there was a client waiting for same lady to come back for nails, I didn’t go back. Not sticking to (or close to) appointment times is a massive issue across salon causing major client loss - shame because standard as standards of nails are good. No professionalism.

Good job of my nails but had to wait for over 45 mins, no one checked the appointment times with the waiting clientele and no apologies for the delay. A shame as the girls are skilled in their craft but not in their organisation and customer service.
