I had 2 ladies working on me, first a younger girl who seemed not to be in a very good mood. She did also not focus on the work and did hurt me 5x times. When I asked for the French manicure and the difference, for the gel or acrylic version; she became rude! She had to leave.The other lady, who seems to be the owner was super nice & professional and the nails look lovely. Completely different vibe for her and I would go back just to get my nails done by her. Employee matter only!

The manicurist said I am a fuzzy lady and told other staff just let her go. The staff not patient and made me bleed.

I had acrylic removal and gel polish in total. I got there and they were majorly running late, being moved from seat to seat and therapist to therapist multiple times for both treatments. Only one woman doing acrylics, so what people had booked for were only being told it wasn’t possible to have that when they were actually sat there. The therapist I was booked in with didn’t do my nails at all and didn’t seem to be able to do much else.

Great place to have your nails done. They are all very experienced when it comes to nails! I think I will be a regular at this place.
