Gel Nails Manicure
The salon is dirty, my appointment started 20 minutes late. We booked acrylic extensions, and were asked to have dipping nails instead, we said we would prefer acrylics and then Hanna preceded to go on and on about why she didn’t want us to have them, we said politely that we understand but would prefer acrylics. Both sets are badly filed, short round when we asked for square and paint has all bubbled. Hanna was not bothered and made it clear she was annoyed, it was a very uncomfortable time!

From the second I walked into the salon the atmosphere was negative. I had my nails done by Hanna who was rude from the beginning and asked me not to have acrylic as the ‘weather’ was not good and ‘it smelt too bad’. I didn’t want that other treatment she had suggested as I wasn’y comfortable having a product I’d never heard of. She proceed to do all nails but the paint has all peeled as she didn't set them properly and when i asked for square she ignored me and did them shorter rounded.
