I was a repeat customer have now completely lost patience as they have no customer service - when you book an appt for a specific time it’s ok to ignore you & not explain for 45mins or 1hr delay - this has happened yet again so not going back

The service is great. Tiffany and Hannah are really nice and friendly. The only problem is always the waiting and their lack of punctuality. Either they overbooked or take everyone who comes in through the door without an appointment and are always running late, sometimes doing 2 clients at same time. Somehow, a 30 minutes appointment always turns into 1H30 . Even 2 hours. It's very frustrating and disappointing.
