I don’t like to be negative but not the best experience. Wasn’t handed a mirror to check my eyebrows afterwards which is unusual, and some bits I had to finish when I got home. Manicure standard was fine but was left with a badly bleeding cuticle which was cut too far back and is still really sore and red. Hoped to be offered a discount as it was clearly not a nice experience but nothing was said. Staff overlapped treatments, seemed rushed.
