The venue was good and the staff were friendly but we had to wait over an hour which wasn't good and would've have expected a small discount. My daughter had her nails done for the first time and i think there should have been more of a consultation but because they were so busy there was no opportunity. Her nails were too long but she is happy with them

I had a ridiculously long wait, despite having pre-booked an appointment. Although I had booked a manicure, what I got was a quick slap dash gel repaint. There was no manicure so to speak. My therapist was very nice but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

No point booking an appointment as they can’t stick to it, three people came in after me and none of their appointment times were honoured, I had to wait half an hour, it was chaos. I had a guy do my nails, there are air pockets all over most of them but I have a baby at home to get back to and was already rushing, let alone after my wait. No one apologises or seems sorry.
