the lady never asked my what colour I would like my eyebrows or eyelashes tinted or how I would like my eyebrows shaped. she just went straight in and got it done without any interaction. my eyelashes didn't look any different at the end. by eyebrows were fine. it was okay, but I probably won't go back.

both staff were lovely.. I forgot to take the name of the lady that blowdryed my hair but she was very friendly and gave me a love wash and blow dry.. my eyebrows threading was perfect too and I never leave reviews but I just had to as I was very happy with the service. would definitely book again soon

I went to get a LVL treatment which cost £40 normally, when i arrived the lady told me it would cost £5 pounds extra if i wanted her to use a stronger kit.. which i accepted.
I had the tratment done and as advised i didnt use any makeup of water for 48 hrs, the result was terrible no change to my lashes what so ever.
I called and complained and asked for a refund but was refused.
I have had my lashes done elsewhere before and i was very happy with the result, total disgrace!
