Most irresponsible + unprofessional. Booked early for Venous herself. Venous never even looked at me. Someone (who just started her job) came + did my hair. I asked why. Answer was Venous busy. No apology, nothing. A huge mess. No good.

The hair stylist was very helpful and friendly she took into consideration what I wanted and did an excellent job. My hair feels and smells fantastic and I love the colour. Would definitely recommend this salon and will be going back.
