The ladies were very friendly and still allowed me to continue with my treatment even though I was 15 minuites late. Lisa asked me to confirm whether the temperature of the wax was good enough for me and was very gentle. She also put on some light entertainment on the TV to distract me from the pain. I was offered a discount to book my next appointment in advance. I was very pleased with the service. I felt like a queen.

She really takes her time meaning it's not rushed and even all your ingrown hairs will be pulled out! Definitely worth the value.
