First time having a wax, was very professional! Was asked if the wax was an okay temperature and after saying it was slightly hot was told 'well it is hot wax'. Despite that I am very happy with it.

Staff were friendly and place is clean. However, wax isn't great or sticky enough for people with thick hair - I left with wax stuck to areas and bumps from the hair not coming out properly. Sadly won't return.
