She was really lovely, and the wax was the least painful I'd had in ages! There was a couple of bits of wax on my legs at the end but not really a big deal- will definitely be back

The photos in the ad looked nicer than the room itself. Wasn't expecting it to be in the basement of a dress shop so I did question the legitimacy of it when I first arrived. The Estitician was great though and did a very good job

The ladies were very friendly and still allowed me to continue with my treatment even though I was 15 minuites late. Lisa asked me to confirm whether the temperature of the wax was good enough for me and was very gentle. She also put on some light entertainment on the TV to distract me from the pain. I was offered a discount to book my next appointment in advance. I was very pleased with the service. I felt like a queen.
