The lady I had was so kind and patient and really explained what she was doing.
It was my first full wax and she made me very comfortable.
Although the place is downstairs (which felt a bit odd) it was very clean and the TVs in the treatment rooms was a nice touch!

Great experience every time, the staff is so accommodating and friendly, always welcoming. The way is ass pain free as can be, they try their best to ensure they do it and gentle as possible, been going for 4 years now. Love this place!!
