As always the Velvet Wax staff were fantastic. Made me feel comfortable even when doing painful waxing! I do prefer it when the sex and the city dvd is working as I am usually pretty knackered when I go and want to shut off. However this is not a major issue and I would definitely recommend velvet wax to friends.
