It was ok, the lady didn’t seem experienced because when she pulled it hurt when it usually doesn’t.. wouldn’t come here again. Upon arrival they ask for your details such as address etc which I don’t understand the point of, haven’t known any other salon to do this. Overall, it was ok, still got fair results although when I got home I had to pluck a few hairs out myself
