I usually have another therapist at Velvet wax who is always professional and lovely; however out of desperation I booked with anyone. I felt very uncomfortable as I felt like the therapist was in a bad mood and rushed and made several quite upsetting comments which ruined my experience. Like I said, I usually have a great experience here, I just wanted to express my disappointment at the service I received on this occasion.
