Staff are friendly and welcoming, really enjoyed my waxing treatment by Simona she was really nice and I felt really relaxed in her company. Hardly any pain was caused, she did her job really well I was happy with her service. My only complaint would be that there was a few hairs left on my leg as I got home I noticed them. However she did ask me to check but I couldn't notice them in the shop but would be sure to check better next time. The card machine was not working so was lucky I had cash on me at the time but I usally only pay by card so hopefully this is resolved by my next visit. Overall I would definitely recommend to a friend.
