Lisa was very efficient and did a great job. She checked the wax temperature with me and my sensitive skin. Love the Christmas decorations in the rooms and the friends episode that was put on during the wax. Totally recommend.

I loved the Brazilian in Velvet Maida Vale! I was late for my appointment but Lisa was so kind and she waited for me! I was thinking that now, doing it in a hurry it will hurt more but Lisa actually did the most painless and fastest wax in my life! In addition - she had put on Friends on the TV so I got distracted by it and the wax was done without me noticing! Will definitely come back.
