The therapist advised me that my hair was too short to get the best result, however she did a great job. The shopfront is quite dark and weird, but that aside, I’ll definitely be back!

I had a really good waxing here. Lisa is really great, very friendly and did a really good job!
You have to go through a wifi shop to enter the clinic, which feels a bit odd, and the place doesn't look as neat and sharp as pictured on the Treatwell app, so if you're after a neat and smart clinic, this may not be the right choice for you.
Having said that, I couldn't fault the service and I would go back again.

Honestly, it’s such an ease coming here! From travel, to staff, the service and the wax. It is all so professionally handled. I walk in with a smile and leave with an even bigger smile. I have visited Velvet Wax 3 times and I haven’t had one negative thing to say. The treatment is quick, there is never a long waiting time and the staff are very friendly.
