The Brazilian was fine, Simona was friendly and made me feel very comfortable, checking the temperature of the wax and warning me when it would hurt. Friends was on the TV to relax me too. The room was a lot more basic and smaller than the photo and you have to enter via an electronics shop but at the end of the day the treatment was good and reasonably priced. Would return again.

Ive been coming here for a while now and usually the experience is 10/10, however this time I had a new woman do my hollywood wax. She didnt do a good job to be honest, when I came home I realised she had not removed all the hair as requested. In terms of hygiene, they pluck the hairs that are too small to remove with wax and they do this with tweezers which dont seem like they are cleaned after used on a customer which is totally unhygienic and rather disgsuting! Please sort this out!
